As mentionned in the 2nd Bulletin that as been send recently and that is 
shown on the Conference Web Site (http://nnn08.in2p3.fr) the Conference will take place at the 
AstroParticle and Cosmology laboratory located 10, rue Alice Domon et Leonie 
Duquet at Paris 13e. The Workshop will be held in the Physics Building on the Paris 7 
University Denis Diderot campus, Thursday through Saturday, September 11-13, 2008 with a registration on 
Wednesday the 10th afternoon.

The main topics covered in the different sessions are:

Session 1	: Proton decay
Session 2	: Supernova neutrinos

Session 4	: Future facilities: Underground Laboratories and Beam prospects
Session 5   : R&D towards Megatonne
Session 6	: Interdisciplinarity, Industry and Discussion

We pay attention to organise fruitful discussions especially during Session 5 & 6 to realise a convergence schema for the future R&D.

A more detailled draft programme is on the attached document (please take note that "contributions" means short talks selected among the abstracts that will be submitted).

We wish to hear your advices and comments on the general framework, as 
well as your recommendations for specific topics and good candidate 
speakers.
